Appointments
Booking: All appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. It is recommended to book in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients' schedules.
Payments
Pricing: All prices are listed on the website and any upcharge will be discussed prior to the start of service.
Payment Methods: Credit cards, venmo, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
Services
Consultations: Consultations are recommended for all new clients and required for specific services.
Satisfaction Guarantee: I strive to ensure that all clients are satisfied with their services. If you are not happy with any part of your treatment or treatment plan, please reach out so I can work with you to make it right!
Allergies & Sensitivities: Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities before your service begins.
Products
Returns: All product sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
Product Use: I recommend using the products we discuss during your visit to maintain your service results.
